TO REGISTER FOR THIS RETREAT
- See retreat and
make your accommodation choice. The price listed includes
the cost of your room, all meals, retreat classes, our special
events and swag.
- Download and fill out the and send in
with the appropriate deposit fee plus any upgrade fees you
may have. Depending on the month you register, also add any
payments for dates that have passed. If you need a little time
to get caught up, call us we can be flexible as long as you
are clear and committed.
Read
information on this website carefully to get a sense
of the flow of our events. We serve up a big plate, but
please keep in mind, you do not have to do everything.

International participants may arrange wire transfers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
$300 of the deposit is non-refundable.
However, all other money is refundable until February 5.
If a participant has to cancel after this time they have
until February 15th to privately find a replacement for their
spot. After which time, if no replacement substitutes can
be made, the retreat package is forfeited. All money must
be securely paid before the retreat begins.
INTERNATIONAL
DANCERS
Visas
Make sure you get the correct information about the kind of visa
you need to acquire and start the process immediately. Some countries
take a long time. We are glad to provide foreign dancers with
letters and documentation of the educational nature of our long-standing
retreats. You will receive a certificate of completing the course.
Payment Method
The best method varies in different countries. For example, Japan
is postal money orders. Other countries direct bank transfers
are best. Please call for arrangements.
Early Bird Discount
The Early-Bird-Discount is closed for this retreat.
Easy-Payment-Plan
Putting on a retreat is a large undertaking. We like for those
who want to be a part of this visionary experience to sign up
in advance. To make things run smoothly, we have an interest
free Early-Bird-Discount and an Easy-Payment-Plan that
work together. Over the years this has helped everyone’s
budget, as well as ours. We all can meet our expense commitments
as our bills become due. Our payment plan is strategically figured
for a payment roughly every other month, with no stress on the
Winter holiday season. By the time April rolls around you will
be ready for a fabulous Belly Dance Retreat with Delilah and
Company! Yippy!
Payment Schedule
Deposit + upgrade then payment months: August 15, October 15,
November 15, and February 1st 2009. We’ll send you
a payment card to keep track.
Late Registration
You can sign up at any point during the year as long as there
is room available, but sign-ups after May depends on availability.
Check price rate online or call us directly. Send total fees
due for retreat with registration and bio to reserve your spot
or at least get caught up to date with the payment plan. Retreats
at Kalani tend to fill early because of our payment plan. Registrations
received after November please add add $100 late registration
fee.

Registering early means you will also be kept informed of new
details, opportunities or inspirations that might pop up. We
can also introduce you as a participant to the other dancers
in our fall info packet.
Provide
Us with Your Bio + Photo
With your registration form and payment, please include a casual bio and photo
about yourself. This goes into a retreat book that Delilah and her staff look
at from time to time. This way they can get to know you a little bit before we
meet. We will even know your name when you arrive! How about that? What you send
Delilah helps her in utilizing everyone’s talents to the fullest.
What
to Expect Next
Be excited! You are in for a treat! A written confirmation will
come in the mail and a payment schedule card. We will send you
a letter in February of what to bring and emergency phones and
contacts.
